7. Pick a topic that needs attention. Communication leads to answers to questions, how to coach soccer works best when it is brief and direct. Choose a list of items and stick to it.
8.Be objective: Keep in mind that you are a soccer coach who is speaking to a team or a player. So control your emotions and converse with them only on points related to the game.
9.Speak Clearly: Speak in a manner that your message flows across to the other person with the exact meaning.
10.When teaching soccer, repeat the important points. Find ways to emphasize on various points time and again so that the players always remember them.
11.Always aim to keep the conversation light by using funny words and style.
12.Devote some time and attention to your players so that they do not fear seeking clarifications from you. Give them permission to ask questions.
A soccer coach who does not have the ability to spread the information needed for high performance doesn’t get successful in the long term.
